I think we will try to allow the mother cat to come look for
them first. So after rain I'd leave them near where they were
found, and see if they get claimed.
Will have to put for adoption if they're unclaimed after a few days

Think won't take the risk with cow milk... will set aside some soft
food for them during dinner later.
